Shares rose a little over 1 per cent on Thursday after the lender announced changes to its senior leadership, appointing V N Srivatsan as its new Chief Compliance Officer and reporting the departure of Group Head of Legal and Group General Counsel Sudhir Kumar Jha.[3]
