Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd announced an exclusive licensing, commercialisation and manufacturing agreement with LIB Therapeutics Inc for lerodalcibep, a PCSK9 inhibitor used to lower LDL cholesterol. The agreement grants Sun Pharma rights to commercialize and manufacture the drug across markets outside the United States and China.
The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) deferred its proposed three-day nationwide strike scheduled for September 28 to 30 following talks with the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) on Sunday night. The deferment came after the IBA agreed to form a high-level committee to consider the unions' demands, including implementation of a five-day workweek.
